Beginning February 18th the Concession Stand at Farris Memorial Park will be open on weekends (weather permitting). Saturday hours will be 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. and Sundays will be from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. You will be able to rent bikes, play miniature golf, purchase park fishing permits (not State Licenses), and purchase balls for the driving range.
This past winter staff upgraded the concession stand and bathrooms so that the building has been “winterized” allowing for the restrooms to stay open all winter. Restrooms are now open from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm every day.
So now there is no excuse to get outside and take a walk, jog, or ride during the winter.
