Petition signatures of abutting owners (administrative requirement):

Attach a picture of petition signatures below.  Each abutting owner should sign to indicate support. Notarization is recommended. Include the printed name, property address/PIN, signature, and date from each abutting owner. If you would like a printable template for petition signatures, you can download one at the bottom of this page.  


Note: File name must not include a space when uploaded, size limit is 10MB, and only one file can be uploaded per file attachment field.

I/We request the Town Council initiate proceedings under G.S. 160A-299. I/We acknowledge that closure cannot deprive any property owner of reasonable ingress and egress.
