Zoning Permit Application

Please provide a drawing of your lot showing your house and the location of any new buildings and distance to the property line. Identify if the property is a corner lot or located near a street. 


Note: File name must not include a space when uploaded, size limit is 10MB, and only one file can be uploaded per file attachment field.

The undersigned certifies that all information provided is true and correct and agrees to comply with all zoning laws of the Town of Mayodan. Work may not begin until this permit is approved.


The zoning permit application fee is $40.  This fee is doubled when work has been started without a permit.
